Removing Clip Pitch Shifting

If you have applied any pitch shifting to a clip, you can remove pitch shifting and revert the clip to its original pitch. This can be useful if you are not satisfied with the results and want to revert to the pre–pitch shifted clip.

To remove clip pitch shifting:

1 Select the clip for which you want to remove warping.

2 Do one of the following:

Choose Clip > Remove Pitch Shift.

With any Edit tool, Right-click the clip and select Remove Pitch Shift.

Remove Pitch Shift can only be applied to clips and cannot be applied to clip groups. To remove pitch shifting from clip groups you must first ungroup the clip, then apply Remove Pitch Shift to the underlying clips, and then regroup those clips.
